Anthea lives in a kingdom where horses are outlawed. When she is sent to live with her uncle in the exciled lands, she discovers he is illegally breeding horses, and that she has a gift called the Way, which allows her to communicate with them. She learns to ride them, and they are not scary! She wants to get them not outlawed, so with the help of her friends, sets out on a journey to make horses allowed.
This book was super adventurous, and I really enjoyed it! The horses were funny, and it was a great read!
