Dragon Rider is about a dragon, a boy, and a brownie. (A brownie is an intelligent creature. Please read the book for more information on brownies.) The book is set in current times in a valley about to be destroyed by humans. They [dragon, boy and brownie] are on a quest for the Rim of Heaven, a place where the dragons will be safe from the humans. They encounter many mythical creatures along the way. The plot contains some violence.

This book was super exciting! I loved all the suspense and surprises. I had a super fun time reading Dragon Rider. The book is a fast-paced read.
